Least you can boil up some potatoes, corn, Sausage and lemons youll never miss the crawfish

LOL. I can always use the Zatarains on Shrimp, though they don't taste the same as Gulf brown or white shrimp! Oh, I HAVE managed to find Tony Chachere's here (thank you Walmart!). LOL, sorry but Old Bay just isn't the same!

Zatarain's is kinda like Old Bay crab boil, but with different seasonings (more spicy and not as pronounced in the celery seed). Yes we eat Crawfish, the secret to preparing them is to 'burb' them so they expell all the mud from thier shells (this is done by dipping in salt water for a few minutes).

Weird...lol. But then again, coming from a state that doesn't have any kind of fresh "seafood" makes sense that I don't get it...
I'm used to enchiladas, tacos, carne asada...not pinchy things that come out from under rocks

I'm really enjoying the nature shots. This was taken off my first digital camera...4 mega pixels was huge at that time, but I don't think I've taken a better picture since.

With all the crazy weather we've been having around the country lately, I was a little nervous about these storm clouds.... turned out we just had torrential downpours - so bad traffic was pulling off the road and stopping because you couldn't see.....
