O I LOVE having my daughter-ya just need a break every now and then. I am with her 24 hours a day 7 days a week-this forum is my break!! I just get frustrated repeating myself a million times. I would never trade being a mom-it's the most rewarding job I have ever had.

I'm child free and like it that way. Glad I have all of you to keep the human race going, but I'm not going to be a contributor. Thank God my mom has no desire to be a Granny either.

ETA: I do have a kindergarten though, also known as restaurant staff.

It was a beautiful day today. Getting ready to go to Louisiana this weekend! Whoohoo! I havent been home in months! Not like me..no.

Dads Bday was last weekend when mom was down visiting so I wasnt able to go see him

Ladies, let me say, dogs are so much easier than kids... when the dog acts up you can crate him AND IT'S LEGAL. Try that with a kid. DSS would be on you in a heartbeat...

You want to go to the store by yourself... crate 'em... it's legal!!!

I will try to check in..I am bringing my laptop but I dont know if I will be able to steal anyones router while crawfishin'

Dad and I and probably 100 other crazy coonasses are putting our hip waders on and going to the Bonne Carre spillway deep into the swamps to catch us some crawfish. Its a yearly thing we do...Kinda like a reunion of sorts. We try to do it early while the snakes are still sleeping.

This is the girls first time crawfishing. My boy isnt coming this year.. He called and told me his girlfreind is coming down.

Guess what....My boy may pop the question this weekend..He bought her ring last year and never has gave it to her..ACK, I am so excited about that yeah! She is a wonderful girl..Comes from a great family.
