Thought I'd let you see what we made for dinner tonight. A real Danish Smorgasboard. (that's where it originated and you're looking at the true meaning)
My Uncle Finn
Our amazing dinner.
I'm still full but looking at those pics makes me drool. |

| Re: Ever have one of those days... Yum, that looks delicious Chrissy, don't think I'd be able to eat for a week after LOL.
My poor little Ryder got bit by the electric fence for the first time this morning The neighbors have one up on our property for their sheep to graze over our mound system) I felt so bad for him, he yelped and kiyied and ran as fast as his gangly legs would carry him right back to the porch and threw himself under my feet |

Chrissy the spread looks yummy! I don't think I could cook a meal like that and have my kitchen look so neat before sitting down to eat. |

| Re: Ever have one of those days... I had pickled herring for brekkie this morning. and a chocolate croissant for dinner. My last moments of indulgence.
I'm packing pickled herring, rye bread, pumpernickel bread, and double salt licorice in my bags for mom. and dog toys. and a bareback pad. and fly spray. and a fly mask. therefore most of my clothes are now being mailed home by surface mail.
Did I mention three pairs of cowboy boots?
I have no self control.
Where is everyone today??

Where is everyone today?? | Your dinner looked absolutely fantastic! Sounds like your animals got some good stuff, can't wait to hear how they like everything!
You don't have to explain to me how you ended up with three pairs of boots. I have 4 myself. Two sets of Ariat ropers for riding and barn work, and two other pairs of Ariats(which I wear everyday, even when dressing 'nice'...how sad is that!).
V, Thank you! How funny is that about the fleur de lis, I had not heard of it until my SIL showed me.
Shaina, that is too funny about Web and Kim! Reminds me of Aspen, I bought Peaches a bed her size...well Aspen decided the new bed was hers, and although it doesn't fit her(at all) she still tries to curl up in it. |

| Re: Ever have one of those days... Hey everyone. Hope you're all doing good. Just stopped in to say hi. Too tired and cranky to stick around long.
We had a Change of Command ceremony today - outside - in the sun, heat and humidity For 2 hours we sat there cooking. I was miserable. I've got a headache from the heat...felt a little better after my shower, but not much.
As much whining as I'm doing I felt even worse for the military who had to show up in full dress uniform - which are wool - and stand at attention for a good portion of the ceremony.
But, it's done now. Yay. I'm going to go to bed and get rid of this headache.
Take care. I'll see you all tomorrow. |

Shaina, I just finished reading your thread. Your pictures are great. Looks like the dogs handled the trip well. Loved the scenery too and the picture of the 'mobile home'.
Once the dogs settle in I'm sure they'll love their new yard.
Well, off to work I go.. see you all later. |

TIRED! but home.
Mr Bojangles has grown sooooooo much. He's ALL legs. Mom brought Cassie to the airport to meet me and she was SOOOO happy. It was wonderful to see he and I had missed her so much. If I could have brought her with me I would have loved it. (Except for the trip to the hospital) |

| Re: Ever have one of those days... Shaina, I saw your picture thread, absolutely loved it(couldn't help but laugh with the road rage comment)! Although they looked tired, both Kim and Web looked beautiful as always!
Reno, that day sounded terrible, at least you woke up refreshed from it(sometimes, days like that seem to put a damper on days following).
Chrissy, Happy to hear you are home!! Hope to see pictures of your gang very soon(once you are all settled, of course!)
I just received some new pictures of Riley's sire, Mason, from his breeder. Thought you all might enjoy them.
Mason and a son of his:
Mason and his full brother, Irish: |

Bluedawg, there's no dog stealing allowed. Unless of course, it's me stealing Pris from R.
