Unfortunately, they don't always cooperate when we make other plans for them do they?
There's always next time.
Hope Logan's knee is going to be okay.

| Re: Ever have one of those days... Hi all! Not much action here while I was away...hope that means everyone's out enjoying their weekends. Zoe had a blast in CT...she must have played chase with the neighbors' dog through the fence for about 2 hours...she is officially and completely zonked out lol. And she was a very good girl while we were gone for about 3.5 hours at the family gathering--had her kong, drank some water, and was asleep on her bed when we got back...no jumping the gate to explore the rest of my parents' house, no poo or pee inside, nothing chewed or scratched...good news all around!
V, yacht party? Overnight? Someone's getting tanked!
Ali, why the break? Can't you just stick with this thread and take a break from the rest??
Michelle, sorry to hear about Logan...luckily it doesn't sound like a serious injury. That just means you have even more time to prepare to wow them at his first show!
Reno, how are the whirlwind moving plans going? You excited yet? Do you have any idea where you're going to live out there? |

| FOZ, no not excited yet. Trying to find a place in Sierra Vista that is affordable (which most are), decent and will take the dogs. Once that happens then maybe I'll start being excited. If I can't find a place to live, with the dogs, I'm going to decline the offer. Quote: |

| RC, Run was good. Lots of those horrid little 'no see-ums'. I hate when they get in my eyes and ears!!!
I always carry my camera. Problem is it's always the same kind of pictures. These 2 running with their frisbee/ball in their mouths... I've got tons of those pictures.
Tex is gorgeous. You ride dressage with him? |

Reno, I know what you mean about those no-see-ums. I just started being bothered by them this week. I'll start wearing a hat, it helps a little. I also like the new bug spray with Picaridin, not gross like deet and I think less toxic.
FOZ, glad Zoe was a good girl for you, it's always nice when kids behave
Borzoi, glad Logan is A-OK.
DH is out walking Cherokee and in a couple of hours we are driving our son to Maine for his new camper visiting day. He is going to overnight camp for the first time this summer. I will have 3 weeks with no human kids. I love them but, I am looking forward to ditching them for a spell. |

| Re: Ever have one of those days... Good Morning everyone!!! Just Another rainy day here in PA VOONNNNIIIIIIIEEEEEE---How was your trip? Sounds like a blast!!! Danielle- Lil' Tex is gorgeous- so shiny! Reno- got a move date yet? I am sure you are nervous and excited all at the same time! R Hope you had a great birthday! We missed you yesterday!
I woke up at 6:30 this morning to beat everyone to KMart to buy my girl a trampoline- I called yesterday and they only had 2 and went on sale today for $125 less so I decided to get there when they opened- I was the first one to them and got the last one VICTORY!!!! haha The great thing was that I got home before she even woke up, so I really got to suprise her with it- she wants us to put it together so she can "tramp on it" haha Might have to be "assembly in the garage day" today since it dosen't look like it is going to stop raining anytime soon.
Hope you all have a great day!!! |

Reno, Texas is a western guy, real cute jog and lope on him . Don't know if you are familar with a lot of QH breeding, here is his pedigree: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/zip+to+sonny+texas
Here is head shot of him, have other pics in the 'other pet' section
Borzoi, happy to hear Logan is feeling better!
MMM, I hope you enjoy your three weeks kid-less!
SDO, Happy to hear you got the trampoline! You know Otis is going to be tempted to get on it once he sees his friend doing it! ....Texas is really shining this year, put all the horses on a product called Omega Horseshine...It seems to be working great with both Tex and Rhiatta. |

| Re: Ever have one of those days... Shaina, as long as you bring Kim(and even little webster) my casa is your casa .
Just got back from taking the dogs on a walk, just did 3 miles this morning hope to do another tonight(most of it is on an incline which makes it a bit more of a 'walk'). It feels good to be doing my regular walks again...think the pups are enjoying it too.
Riley has improved much with bikers, he use to lunge and bark at them as they passed(fast movement, herding breed...etc). I now make him sit, and he is pretty good with them...still looks interested(perked ears, serious look as they pass), but no lunging or barking. All good seeing he is very strong now. I need to go weigh him, as it is apparent he isn't 62 pounds anymore...will he ever stop growing
ETA: On a jealous note...my sister, kids, and hubby are on the airplane to Hawaii as I write this. Sure sounds fun. |

RC good luck with your quest for lasting health. It's great that you are looking at all the angles.
I have a headache from daughter soaking off the fake nails she put on. It requires acetone remover and that stuff reeks. We're off to an auspicious start | :: DRUMROLL PLEASE::
