I used to be somewhat fluent in spanish and I thought I knew what you said until Dom chimed in and I thought I got it wrong. I'm glad I haven't totally lost it. We went to Portugal and I had the hardest time with Portugese. When we hit a restaurant near Spain I was so relieved when our waiter spoke Spanish.

Pretty, pretty pictures. I love flowers. Oh Chrissy, one of the hotels we stayed at in Costa Rica was the Heleconia. They speak too much English there. My kids were looking forward to trying out the spanish they're learning in school but no, all bilingual everywhere.

It's the same in Cancun. You have to go inland to get away from that.

BTW if you ever go to Mexico, You would probably looooooove Chiapas. San Cristóbal de Las Casas or Palenque. It's farther away from us though.

You won't find much English there though.

Si, entiendo bien.

Do you have windows? XP? Vista?

I go and install different languages
for the keyboard in the Control Panel. When I want to write Spanish, I use US International. for the accents it's ALT + the letter etc. I have Danish too for my Mom as there's 3 extra letters in the Danish alphabet.

I have a mac. I should search around, I'm sure it's here somewhere. I found my firewall when Dom thought he got a virus. I like this computer because you don't have to know anything to use it.
