Jchant, what a fantastic thing you did. You have to feel great everyday.

As both you and Trumpet do Tri's, I thought you would probably truly appreciate what this father does for his son. Such a neat story :

Trumpet, how fun that you are able to surf. I have a nephew who talks about wanting to try surfing all the time. Here he is at 5 last year on his swim team. He really enjoys the water(as does his older sister who is very serious about her swimming); however, he now loves basketball....Seeing he is suppose to end up 6'5(doctors estimation), I guess that isn't a bad idea

Yeah I've watched all the Team Hoyt videos, just an amazing story and so motivating.

Thanks for the comment and yes I do feel great. I'm not doing any tri's this year, well at least I'm not planning will see how long that last, but I'm training to run my first full Marathon which will be in Nov. in Richmond, VA. I was going to run it last year but night school, full time job, volunteer work, and family stuff got in the way!

You don't have to explain how life gets in the way! Just not enough hours in a day. Good luck with your training, looking forward to hearing how that race goes in November!
