How do you put websites on here?

What I mean is that when I see people's posts they either say to go to this website and the web is underlined so that you can go there. How Do You Guys Do it?

At the top of the page of the website you want to post, there is a red heart...you have to drag and drop that heart into the text of your post.

I don't have red hearts in the corner.
What I do is in another screen go the the web site I want to post then copy everything in the address bar.
Then I go back to the posting screen and paste it there and it shows up like this
