| How's the weather were you live? The weather down yonder is very unusual. It's still 70 to 78 degrees durning the day were I live. It's starting to get down to the 30's at night though. It makes for good hiking weather but usually it's alot colder by this time of the year. It hasen't rained since July. Last year around this time it was raining and snowing. I am sick of the warm weather already. I can't wait till it snows, if it even snows this year. I got some new snow shoes that I plan on using this year if it will snow. Anyone GOT SNOW yet? |

| Re: How's the weather were you live? Here in Colorado, at least in Aurora/Denver, and Colorado Springs, it's been cold and crappy and windy for the most part, but today the sun actually came out and it warmed to up almost 70. But when I got off work it got windy and chilly, so I still wasn't able to take the dogs to the park. <<;
I hate wen it's cold and crappy, and it doesn't even snow, it's just still and cold and nothing happens. >x.x;< |

| Re: How's the weather were you live? Hmm, I wish it were 70 here. I live in Wisconsin and it has been 30-40 degrees with much colder weather on the way. Yuck! It did snow a little today, but nothing on the ground just flurries. It is nice for walking longer walks though. I just have a harder time motivating myself to get out there in the cold weather. One has to pack on so many layers of clothes. |

| Re: How's the weather were you live? Over here in West. Colorado, it has been nice-60-65 during the day, but down in the 30's-40's at night..I got up the other morning-normal time 5:30-6ish and it was only 25! BRRRR!! Dogs water dish outside was frozen to the bottom. But this is unusual weather for this time of year, and the farmers and fruit growers are starting to worry about the water already (never ending here) because we usually have lots of snow on the Grand Mesa by now, and there is nothing |

The dogs there didn't seem to mind, but the people were all bundled up. I didn't bring gloves though, so by the time we fled the park (this mean husky and his oblivious owner had just pulled up...another story), my hand were all red and chapped. Supposed to get up to the low 60s next week though Then back down in the 30s two days later :-( |

| Re: How's the weather were you live? Down Under has been very changable. August, the last month of winter we had some very warm weather. Windy in Sept. Had quite a bit of rain during Oct. & since the last week in Oct. it's been one week hot, one week cold & the last couple of days back to hot, sticky weather. No wonder I've had a cold for the last week & a half. |

| Re: How's the weather were you live? The farmers over here are also worried about the drought too. No rain since July. All the way up until July it was raining more then usual. I love the rain and snow but I hate the wind. I hate when it spits as I call it (sprinkles rain for about 1 min. then blows sand everywhere. The sand sticks to everything!)This summer was also colder than usual. It only got to a high of 98 for like acouple of days. It stayed in the 90's the whole summer. The summers usually get over 100 degrees here. The cold summer as I call it was nice.
It looks like I got a couple of neighbors. I live in "The Land of Enchantment" LOL! Good old New Mexico. I love Colorado though. I wish I could move there, but I know if I'd move I would want to come back. I guess I'm just destine to live my whole life in NM. I do spend alot of time up there though, make a trip up there at least 3 or 4 times a year. Can't wait for the snow! If you haven't noticed yet! |

| Re: How's the weather were you live? We also had a nice, cool summer. But now it's almost Thanksgiving and it's still getting past 75!! I left to walk Cassie at 9:30 am and it was so nice - mid 60s and I didn't have to wear a jacket. By the time I got back at 11:15 it was in the upper 70s and rather sticky. Blech. |
