At the top of this page on the left you should see a "User CP" icon. Click on that and in the next page in the left hand column click on "Edit Avatar". Click on the circle that says "Use Custom Avatar", and then you'll either have to enter a URL where your picture is stored...like froma site like villagephotos.com, or the next line below the URL you can upload the picture from your computer. Just make sure your picture size does not exceed the max limit detailed in the "Edit Avatar" screen. Good luck.
