How long can raw dog food be kept in the freezer?

I have some freezer burned meat because I have a terrible freezer, anything in there for like a month gets badly freezer burned. I was wondering if that's ok to feed to my dog?

Also if I were feeding raw, how long can the raw meat keep in the freezer? For example if I bought 20 lbs of beef or something would it go bad in the freezer for more than 2-3 months?

You don't have to worry about freezer burn for your dog. There is no time limit. In fact many raw feeders list ads on craigs list for people's freezer burned meat.

There is nothing wrong with freezer burnt meat. I let everyone I know, I'm always looking for meat they clearing out of their freezer.

it was a happy day yesterday when my friend's dad cleaned out his freezer and gave us almost 50 lbs of moose meat and fish

freezer burnt meat is fine. this moose meat is from last year or maybe the year before, i am not positive, but it is great for my doggies
