10 Week old Puppy Switched to Innova puppy now doesnt poop regularly

Hi new to the forum but have a question... I have a 10 week old shiba inu who is awesome. The beeder fed eukanuba small breed puppy but i heard that was a poor food. So i made the switch a week ago to Innova puppy. Everything is good no diarrhea or loose stool but the only problem is i never know when he is going to poop. On eukanuba he would poop after every meal. Now its a guessing game. he now poops once or twice a day after a meal but its never the same meal.. could be lunch and dinner or breakfast and dinner or just lunch. Is this normal? or do i just have to give it more time so he can develop a schedule?

I'm not sure if it's normal. Nia was on Innova puppy when she was younger and she pooped after each meal.

I'm guessing since you switched from a fillers food to a non-fillers food your dog is pooping a LOT less. Maybe he hasn't developed a schedule yet. Give him some time and see what happens. I don't think it's a huge deal even if he doesn't poop at the same time though. As long as he's doing good on the food, I don't see a problem!

By the way, we'd love to see some pics of your boy! I love Shibas =)
