My 2.5 year old has a very sensitive stomach (but will eat anything!). He was doing very well on Canidae Lamb and Rice for about a year and a half, but I thought I'd change it up and switch him to Canidae Chicken and Rice.

It's been about 3 weeks since the total conversion (we mixed at graduating ratios for about 2 weeks), and he still has loose poops--and very smelly ones at that.

Also during this time his eyes have started running a lot and seem to bother him--though I am not sure if that has to do with the seasons changing or the food.

My question: How long should I give it before throwing in the towel on the Chicken? It seems like it should have leveled out by now.

Any other recommendations other than the Lamb? Other brands of similar high quality.
