It looks alright.. I don't know much about whole oat flour, and I don't think tomato pomace is the best.. especially that far up on the list.. but you could definitely do worse.

Seems a little expensive for the quality. At least on petfooddirect.com....it was $55 for a 30-pound bag! If you can find it at a decent price it looks OK.
