at the grocery store yesterday we got a pork rib roast on sale for super cheap (cook or freeze today) and we cut the meat off the bone and gave iorek supper from it yesterday with ground egg shells for the calcium. we didn't give him the bone from the roast because i wasn't sure if he could have it. there were 2 small pieces of bone that i cut out and threw away but the other piece of bone is big. we cut off all the meat and got 2 meals from it but there is still tons of meat on there that we can't cut off. i was wondering if this bone is ok to give to iorek to chew on? it looks like it might be the part of the bone where the ribs join the breast bone. i don't know for sure. there is a smaller bone attached to a part of a thicker bone. i put the second meal and the bone in the freezer for next week. if i can't give him the bone i will toss it, but if i can give it to him that would be great
