Hit raw feeding pay dirt!

I found a supplier that's only a 2 hours drive that has solved all of my raw needs. Once a month I can pick up from them, and their prices are out of this world. 14$ for a 40 pound case of chicken backs. 16$ for a 40 pound case of necks. 18$ for a 40 pound case of b class chicken wings. 15$ for 20 pounds of ground organs (they just throw a bunch of organs all together and grind em up). 30$ for 20 pounds of beef heart. The prices keep going on and on like that. My prices are going to be cut literally in half, if not more!

Now... I just need to hit craigslist for a chest freezer hah!

Do you know the quality of the meat that you're getting? I know that when meat around my area is cheap or on sale it is because it is near expiry or it is loaded with hormones and medications of sorts. Just asking? If it's good qualit than I think that's great.

Yeah, it's all good quality, I'm just getting it at basically wholesale prices. The only thing that is less than human grade is the b class chicken wings, and that's just because they were cut wrong. B class wings are still edible, just cut into smaller pieces.

I've spoken to a few people in my area that have been getting bulk food orders for raw feed from them for years and it's apparently been a great company for them.

All the power to you then. I support and encourage the raw diet and am glad to hear it is affordable enough to continue doing it.
