I haven't experienced trouble any time I've visited their site and I check it out all the time.....
What irritates me about them is that their so-called "sales" aren't worth a damn until they reach at least 20%.....I mean, don't bombard my e-mail inbox with coupons for 10% or 11% off. Frankly, while I *do* like PFD and order from them regularly, I usually wait until I get the 20 or 22% off coupon code. I couple that with their sale foods (which often happen to be the high end brands I buy anyway Wellness, Canidae, Chicken Soup, etc....) and I can get the food delivered to my door for about two or three bucks more than if I went out to the store myself.....I'd say it's well worth it.
