New to the forum and learning a lot. I was feeding my dog iams pouch food till they were recalled and since than I've been giving her home made food, basically boiled chicken/beef with vegetable. After reading the forum I decided to mix some canned food with home made food and went and bought some cans of Canidae and Wellness. She likes booth brands and her coat looks better and she is more active.
My question is since she likes booth brands and doing well on both is it ok to give her Canidae one week and Wellness the other mixed with home cooked food or should I just stick with one brand.
I appreciate any replies.

I rotate my dogs food, I use pedigree, Purina & Natural Choice when I can afford it, I mix it up because after some time they seem to get bored with their food, so when I change it it is like new to them & they are interested in it again, I have never had any stomach/pooping problems when I switch food like I hear some people have.

Since the way you are feeding works for her, I wouldn't change it.

I feed Innova or Wellness (kibble) sometimes separate and sometimes mixed. My dogs have no problem eating it either way.

You know the old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Sounds like your doing the right thing for your dog.
