Exclamation What about natural dog food?

My dog Jake is a Chocolate lab puppy. We have had him for 1 month. We are currently feeding him Purina Puppy Chow. just before I got him I signed us up for the purina One challenge. on certain websites such as the Purina one website I saw an add for Purina One Naturals. I think that would be better for him and that would be the closest I could get to feeding raw. Good or Bad Idea?
Thanks,
Doggydigger7
and Jake!

Re: What about natural dog food?

This is just my opinion, but if you want to feed a good food, Purina is not the way to go.

There are many many different foods, most of which outshine Puirina in every way.

There is Canidae, Timberwolf, Blue Buffalo, Avoderm, California Natural, just to mention a few.

There is a sticky thread at the top of this forum that outlines what makes a "good food".

Read that and see if you can get something better...

Raw is wonderful and no kibble out there is even close, so you need to decide, raw or kibble, there is no comparison!
