I found ash as an ingredient in angel eyes that i bought today. It has a 4.8% ash content. Is this safe? I've heard Ash is trace minerals from bone calcium that isn't able to burn but I've found Ash causes urinary tract problem in cats and bladder stones if the content is too high... What is considered high? 5% what about feeding him this everyday in his food. I really don't want to give this to him. If there are other ways to get rid of his terrible tear stains please help.
