homemade dog food and corn...

I've found a great recipe for Pippa's possible liver issue, however, it calls for a bag of mixed veggies and the only ones I could find have corn in them. I went to Whole Foods, thinking they would have some variety I haven't seen, but they just had the regular kind. Should I remove the corn.

Unless your dog is allergic to corn, I wouldnt bother. While it wont do your dog any good (they cant digest it), it wont cause harm either (unless your dog is allergic to it).

To avoid corn you could just get bags of veggies individually and make your own mix. This would also give you a lot more variety.

If it's something they can't digest I wouldn't give it in there daily food recipe. I know corn is not very good for humans to consume on a daily basis as well.
