Best Puppy Food?

hello all, I am buying a male boxer pup, he is 10 weeks old, I would just like a quick and straight answer on the 2 best foods that exist for this dog. Also how much and how many times should I feed him?

thank you for your help

My quick and straight answer: There is no quick and straight answer. What is the breeder feeding?

I dont know, I did not ask him. However it does not matter to me what he is feeding him (within reason) my question was and still is, what is the best food to feed a puppy, I mean he could be feeding him straight junk, so what the breeder is feeding him does not have any bearing on my question, I just need a few names of some high high quality puppy food,

If you got him for a good breeder, I would care what he/she was feeding, as doing a 100% food change can be very difficult on a puppies system.

There is no best dog food out there. Its all a matter of opinion. You will get as many different answers as there are dog foods. You need to find out what is important to you in a dog food.

Here is a list of dog foods that I find very high quality. I like the ingredients.

Chicken Soup for the Puppy Lovers Soul
Nature's Variety
Canidae
Pinnacle
Innova
Solid Gold
California Natural
Eagle Pack
Natural Balance

Other foods that I personally do not like quite as much, but are still of good quality and are sometimes easier to find
Nutro
Blue Buffalo
Diamond Large Breed Puppy (I will not feed any food with corn, and some of Diamonds other formulas contain it, but this one does not)

Foods I will NOT feed (again a matter of opinion). Some of these foods are MUCH worse then others.
Purina (I hear some like Purina One, but its not for me)
Pedigree
Iams
Ol'Roy
Eukanuba
Alpo
Hound Dawg

There is also the BARF and RAW diet, but those are not kibble, and require alot of research before starting
