Raw Feeding - Pork bones okay?

I am new to raw feeding and am in the process of planning Pippin's upcoming menus and pricing meats and pieces. I came across pork neck bones last night and wondered if they would be a safe choice? I've heard mixed opinions on how safe uncooked pork is for dogs.

Although I do feed raw food to my dogs, I avoid pork. I realize there is controversy around this, but when there are so many other great raw meats available (chicken, turkey, beef, venison, rabbit) I just don't see the point of risking it with pork. However, there may be people who have given pork and can tell you how it went.

I feed pork. And I think pork neck bones are great, even for fairly small dogs. However, because I work in a medical lab and there has been some controversy lately over rare cases of trichinosis in humans who only ate US pork, I freeze my pork for 30 days before giving it to the dogs, or humans for that matter! Just a little pre-planning.

Ditto, I feed pork and have not had any problems with it.

I feed pork as well... I do insist on freezing it for several days ( not as much as 30 but still a while) as I do with all the meats. Doesnt matter really what you are feeding, IMO its better to freeze it first to be sure. Contamination in the human food world happens too.
I wouldnt feed primarily port ( as this title is regarding pork bones I know) just for the simple fact pork is a fattier meat.
But bones, no problems in my honest opinion.
