Do you feed her on a schedule or do you free-feed? If you free-feed, that could be the cause. According to numerous vets and nutritionists, free-feeding can cause dogs to become picky eaters because they are used to having access to the food at all times, so they are not really motivated to eat much.

If you do not free-feed, it could be that your dog simply does not like her food. Dogs have preferences like people.

Either way, I'd probably quit feeding her the snacks until she starts eating her food or she may get too used to junk food all the time. >^^;<

Try wetting the food down if it's kibble. Put enough warm water in so that it makes a gravy. I was able to get my grandmother's super picky free-fed doberman to eat a whole bowl of food by simply wetting it down and making gravy.

Yes also something they have told me (UK) is that only let them have 10 min with their food... then take it away. Then next meal they will be hungri and eat their food.
