LOL...I should have told you that most vets will recommend against it. And isn't it funny that kibble has only been around for 50 years or so? What the heck did dogs eat before that? Raw meat and bones and table scraps. Amazing how we didn't see the increased incidence of cancers, obesity, and other diseases like we do now.

But Vets are doctors not nutritionists.

Nutrition is not one of the required classes in order to obtain their DVM - isn't that something? Any classes that
are offered are voluntary and usually put on by Hill's and Waltham (they make Hill's and Science Diet). If you want nutrition advice, find a Holistic vet or a Canine Nutritionist. Or do research and make your own informed decision.

Yes. Eagle Pack is a good food. As for the vet, it's good that she is established and you should have someone on your side with that sort of knowledge. Take her word for what it is and that's experience and then do your own research.
