raw feeders, how do you keep your dogs mouth clean?

My all white puppy has a permanent brown stain around his mouth. I give him weekly baths, and I wash his mouth and most of it comes right out, but its still stained, and then it just goes back to brown within a day. Not to mention his dirty hair around his mouth stinks. Any tips? Thanks!

Molly seems to wash her face in her water bowl after she eats. Her mouth isn't stained and I've never noticed an odor from her face or her breath. Maybe others who feed raw and have a white dog will respond.

Hmm, I changed his water bowl to a deeper bowl, maybe that will help. THank you!

Does your dog also get tear stains? If so, I know that dogs can get the same stains on their beards too, rather than it being food stains. I believe it's a fungal problem.
Both of my dogs are fed raw have very short, brown hair so it's never been any problem.
