How do I find a groomer? Fox Cities, WI area??

I have two dogs that will need to be groomed every few months for life.

Mia was groomed at Doggy Day Care but she kept getting sick so we no longer do dog care. Instead, we found Luna who is now her permanent playmate!

Luna is 6 months and went to the dog care groomer once to get used to it as a puppy.

I don't know how to find someone that is kind, gentle and safe. Most of my friends use big box pet stores.

I am worried about a new groomer who might cut a dog etc. How long does it take for a groomer to have enough experience? My dogs are still puppies and not easy to get to stay still etc.

Anyone live in the Fox Cities area of Wisconsin and have a good groomer??

Thanks!
