Re: cutting

Is a 'Pugzu' a Pug/Shih Tzu mix?

Hrmm, I can't think of anyway to cut without her being aware short of doing it while she sleeps. I would NOT suggest this however as she could get startled and you could end up hurting her.

The face is a really sensitive area to cut if you don't know what you are doing because there is so many parts that could end up injured. I would almost suggest moving up her grooming appointment and speaking with your groomer next time you go in. Ask for some maintenance tips you can use in between professional clippings.

Re: cutting

I'd also leave the facial trim to your groomer, sharp scissors near your dogs face can really be disastrous, even groomers are especially careful here. Also please be careful even with the comb, I had a customer who accidently caught the dogs lower eyelid in the comb and he never trusted her near his face again!
