I am constantly amazed at how my dogs seem to learn from one another. Tonight I set up a generic jump (two chairs and a curtain rod ) to practice with Natalie. Sebastian sat nearby and watched so I lowered the jump and tried it with him and he got it instantly on the first try! I assume just from watching Natalie. It seems that he picks up lots of "good" things from watching her. So I usually teach her first and then work with him. She makes it so easy for me.

On the other hand, Sebastian taught Natalie to howl at sirens and to lunge at the cats if they come near the couch.

dogs definalty teach each other things. I used to take care of a ladys fox hounds. She would tie the pups up to an older dog, and thats how the dog learned how to give chase.
