Pee in the create issues

Hey
my gf & I adobted a 5-1/2 month old dane/masstif mix. She is very well trained already with sit/stay/wait & all that fun stuff. When were with her in the house she goes to the door and we let her out and she does her poo/pee thing.
Trouble is she is peeing in her create all the time. we have a perfect size one for her but she was goin in it so i felt bad having her sleep in pee so i have her in the 2nd bath room now with the create open so she can sleep on the towel/blanket in the creat & walk out if she has to pee. But she still pees in create.
We take her out a lot i walk her 6-630 am and she poos and pees then my gf takes her out 1 hour later before she leaves. Shes in her room/create till lunch then my gf or neighbour takes her out then me or gf are home before 5pm. Even over night we put her to bed @ 11ish (she goes in fine & does not whine at all cuz shes passed out from her long walk we give her which she pees & poos on).
We have been getting up once over the night around 3am then we get her up @ 6am. so the MAX byherself is 4hours maybe.
there is Pee ever figin time we get her up am/pm/lunch/3am(NO poo ever though). She does/did have a UTI from when we got her & is being treated with antibiotics & seems to be feeling better.
I was wondering if it will clear up after UTI is fixed? or should i move her create to our room so she can tell us its pee time? I cant trust her to be alone and roam cuz she will eat something and choke cuz shes a chewer now.
Other then this pee in bed thing shes the best dog??
ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!?!??!

Have you tried washing the crate out with vinegar and maybe take out the blanket. Our dog (she is one) will pee in her crate if it is too big or if we put a blanket in it. She has to sleep just on the plastic (but even so will still pee sometimes )

Something else to think of is the possibility of spay incontinence. Is she spayed? if so at what age? Since this seems to be happening at times when she should be sleeping... that is typical of spay incontinence. Also YES the UTI would have a lot to do with the bad potty habits. The urgency that hits you when you have a UTI to go is soooo much worse than with out one. (Been there done that. UTi's are NO FUN right ladies ) After the UTI clears up You should have a much easier time training her. Mastiffs and danes are clean dogs (aside of the mountains of drool you'll have) and my male dane was potty trained by 14-16 weeks.

I also agree with Misty. If it is truly bad habits cleaning her sleeping area with white vinegar will eliminate the biologial element that draws dogs back to their potty areas. When training a behavior out you always have to clear all medical reasons first then you can safely assume it's behavioral.

Re: Pee in the create issues

Ok we fixed the UTI offically Vet called she is all cleared up. So we are going to try the crate training again from the beginning. I know she can hold her pee because she sleeps on her bed on the floor in our room over night from 1030-11pm till 6am without a problem & whines around 6-7am to go out and we let her out too pee. We have vinager now to clean her crate out but she still seems to pee in it during the 2nd half of the day (1pm to 5ish). I think she might be nervous being alone or seperation anxeity problems. She is just under 8 months now.
Oh and she is 'house Trained' because we trained her to ring a bell on the back door to be let out (she learned that in a matter of 2-3days) & has not had an accident in the house in about 2 weeks.
