Unhappy after they pee/poo outside they pee in the room

I have this two dachshund that is almost 13weeks and i've been potty training them. so far they are able to hold there pee and poo during the night. but here is the problem. after they go poo and pee (lots of pee sometimes twice) outside i bring them to my room in less than 1 or 2 mins in the room they will pee again.

the other problem is after their nap i take them outside so they can poo and pee but they will just play and sometimes just sniff around I've waited like 45mins or 1hr and no pee or poo so I thought they don't need to go. again they will pee in the room .

by the way when there pee in the room is not that much.

Also I can't use Nature's Miracle because it's not available in our country. Also a friend of mine in japan told me that she saw this show on tv that you can use vinegar to eliminate the poo/pee spot. anyone can confirm this ?

If not already, begin crate training immediately - this will help tremendously in house braking:

After you walk them, put them in the crate for 15 minutes and then walk again before allowing them to play freely in the house.

After you take them outside, do they try to lead you back inside, or do you lead them inside? After they go, you should wait a minute. If they are still sniffing and circling or anything, than wait.

no they play around after they go sometime they'll try to take a nap so I lead them inside coz they are not sniffing around anymore.

You didn't mention (or I didn't see) if they pee in the same spot each time after you bring them in. The scent may still be there and they think that it's ok to pee in that area. Make sure you clean the area well enough to eliminate any odor.

any good cleaner you can recommend ? except nature's miracle because its not available here in the Philippines. I tried using Lysol and Pine-Sol but they don't work

Yes! Mix 1/4 part VINIGER and 3/4 water in a bottle. Shake it up and when they go inside, Soak up the urine and then spray the area with the solution. Its free (sort of) and it nutralizes the Anemonia smell in the carpet. Most cleaning solutions have anemonia in it which can actually add to the problem. One guy I knew used some cleaner to clean up the pee around his kitchen table. He noticed a pattern in this spot. Nomatter how much he cleaned, they pee's more! Then he was told that by using the solution he had, it was like a competition between him and the dog as far as "Marking the terrirory" So be carefull! There are alot of STAIN removers out there that are Anemonia based. Big no no! So use the vinegar solution and you will see a HUGE difference.

I tried it i mean I used like 1/2 Vinegar and 1/2 water. Still they go back to the spot when it dries up. I tried cleaning my floor with acid (of course when the dogs are not around ) still they come to the spot. I'm having a hunch like they just go back to the spot with out sniffing and just pee... is that possible ?
