| Yes. work with them separately and put both on an NILIF and daily obedience training program. Right now, you are inadvertently telling them that they are above you in the pack. Subordinates move for the pack leader.
When they start demanding attention (again subordinates don't do this), totally ignore them. Walk away if necessary. They are now teenagers and like all teens they will test your resolve. Do them a great favor by establishing strict pack rules and consistently enforcing them.
I'm not sure what a "cherrier" is but I would enforce her position above them by feeding her first, giving her attention (even if you must crate or tether the pugs) first, walks and training first. When you walk the pugs (one at a time for now) use the walk to establish your leadership by insisting the dog walk at heel or behind you, not out front. |
