Potty training for 11 weeks, still not working!

Ok, so I adopted Bella at 9 weeks (all 3 lbs of her) she is now an 8 lb 5 month old and STILL not getting it. We have a crate and I use the commands consistenly along with treats. She goes out immediately after waking up in the a.m and 2 more times before I leave for work. The neighbor walks her mid day, and she goes out immediately upon my return, and several times in the evening. She knows what GOOD POTTY means when she gets her party of praise after going as she now looks to me for approval after peeing and pooping outside. HOWEVER, when inside, she just GOES if she needs to go, makes not movement towards the door, or anything, no hesitation, she just squats! She can hold it all night long with no issue, and can hold it for about 6 hours during the day, sometimes longer depending on if the dog walker can get up that day. What to do! HELP!

We rent and while we try to keep the carpet clean, our other dog had his share of accidents last year when we adopted him, so until we move.... there are bound to be spots. We are not moving until October and I want to resolve this BEFORE we move into a new place!

HELP!

You say you need help, but I have to say I think your pup is doing wonderfully. She still very young, and you may need to keep up with the crate training until about 6-8 months before I would trust her fully. The rule of thumb is age in months plus one equals how many hours your pup should ba able to hold it's bladder. Anything more then that, and you're expecting for too much for a young pup. I'd say keep up the good work, and keep her in the crate when you can't watch her. If she has an accident inside and you miss it, sorry, that's your fault, not the dog's. Just take her outside, and clean up the mess out of her view. If you do catch her in the act, say "NO!" and quickly take her outside, and praise her as you normally would for doing it outside. Give it more time, and keep your patience, you're doing just fine.

I too think the puppy is doing great. Remember she is a puppy. Our 6 1/2 month old still has accidents now and again. Keep working with her on going outside. She will eventually get it and let you know when she has to go out. When you see her trying to go inside tell her no and quickly take her outside to go to the bathroom. Praise her as you are doing now and she will eventually understand that she has to go outside to do her business. As I said before, she is only a puppy.
