| Low cost downloads from Ian Dunbar!!!!! This is one of the best things I've found. Dunbar covers many training problems that are commonly asked about. There are also downloads of Dunbars radio program if you aren't lucky enough to be where you can listen to it or have Sirus radio. http://dogstardaily.com/storefront |

| Re: Low cost downloads from Ian Dunbar!!!!! There are so many online resources for training, I find that there are some good ones and others which are just a complete waste of money. I might give one of those a try soon though. Who is Ian Dunbar though? |

| Re: Low cost downloads from Ian Dunbar!!!!! Ian Dunbar is a Veterinarian and behaviorist, founder of the Association Of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and helped establish the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior. He is known as the "Father of Positive re-enforcemnt training" and is credited with starting the first Puppy training classes because he believed it was a mistake to wait until 6 months to start training a dog (Which was the common practice 25-30 years ago). In short he is one of the most highly respected people in the dog training world.
From Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ian_Dunbar Quote:
Dr. Dunbar is currently Director of The Center for Applied Animal Behavior in Berkeley, California, where he lives with his wife Kelly, plus dogs Claude, Hugo, and Dune and kitties Ugly and Mayhem.
He is the founder of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers started in 1993[5].
Dr. Ian Dunbar's wife, Kelly Dunbar, is a cofounder and the executive editor of Dog Star Daily and a contributing editor at DogTime.
Dr. Ian Dunbar is also the founder of the famous K9 Games and he organizes to an international level those games all over the world. With Catherine Collignon, director of the company ANIMALIN, he promotes the K9 Games in europe. (www.animalin.net).
