Dog peeing on bed

We have a 10 month Boston Terror. We have finely got her house trained on using the bathroom on the pee pads. Now she has started peeing on our bed. She just started doing it about a week ago. What can i do to break her from this? Thanks

The main reson we dont let her outside is we live in the middle of town and were right on a busy road. We dont have a fince yet, but it is in the works on getting one. When we get a fince we will start letting her out more. Thanks

I would get rid of the pee pads and just take her out on a leash...that's what we had to do until our fence was put up. ....pee pads can be very confusing...I used them w/my first dog and I took forever for her to get the going outside thing....my other 2 never used them at all...I took them outside every time from the moment they came home....how big is your Boston?...mine is about 19lbs..way to big to be pooping and peeing in the house yuck!

I'm sure you will get some good advice from some of the trainers on here soon.
