Doesn't pee in/at home but pees in other people's homes!

Hello! My 10 month old cocker spaniel never pees in my house but when I take him to somoene elses home, he pees! It's not because he has to go pee (because I always take him out for a 30 minute walk/run) before going to someone elses home. He doesn't pee large amounts, just a little dribble here and there.
How can I prevent this from happening?
Any ideas/suggestions would be very helpful!
Thanks very much!

Several possibilities depending on when the peeing is happening....on greeting or playing, etc. What happended just before the peeing? There is excitment peeing, submissive peeing and marking (too young for that) besides outright peeing for relief.

He doesn't pee on greeting or playing - he'll just walk around the living room and pee in a spot, then a half hour later he'll walk into the bedroom and pee in a spot or in the corner or anywhere! It's really anywhere!
It's definately not peeing for relief because he is always out for a walk/run for at least half hour before going to someone's house where he pees at least 5 times!

He's not too young to mark...

After ruling out anything such as a UTI with a vet, I would look at this as marking behavior and keep him tethered to me or crated during visits. Dogs don't automatically learn not to eliminate "inside" when they learn not to eliminate in their own home, that takes continued training and management.
