Housebreaking

The boxer boy I picked up from the rescue shelter over a month ago is proving harder and harder to help. He's not housebroken... we thought we had made progress but all of a sudden he started peeing again. He just squatted in front of us. I screamed, 'no' to snap him out of it, grabbed his collar to haul him outside but he just kept on peeing-- he wasn't trying to run away and pee... he was just hunkered down, letting it all go. I put him out, praised him when he went outside and let him back in after DH had cleaned up the mess. Well, he wasn't even in the house a half-hour and he did it again. He just squatted in the kitchen. I screamed, grabbed his collar and put him out, did my 'good doggies' and let him back in.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?

Re: Housebreaking

Has the dog been vet checked since you brought him home?
