Look how well trained this dog is!

Check out this video, its a must see!
Very impressive. Just goes to show you what can be achieved with enough dedication.

[i]WOW!!!!!![i]

What an awesome dog -- what incredible training! I'd be interested to know her methods, she does say she is a professional trainer. Gage is instantly obedient in 3 languages? Geez, I thought I was doing good to get my puppy to sit when I asked!

The bar for training has been RAISED!

The place where we take our pup to classes, all of the trainers' dogs are that well trained. It's crazy.

They all heel on command, and are trained with gestures and verbal commands (again, it's freakin crazy!)

They said the only way to get our pup to that point was to pay $700 and to leave her at the facility for 3 weeks, and that we wouldn't be allowed but three visits (one per week).

They said after she was trained, that they would "train" us on how to handle her.

Ah well! I love my disobedient and willful puppy just the way she is (even though being able to trust her off lead would be just amazing)

Very good - cool to see him trained in English and German (?) and hand.

The only thing I was a bit worried is the sitting up and walking backwards on hind legs - the GSD has to have NO hip dysplasia for that to happen - otherwise you risk injury.

Makes me want to go teach Keno some better commands - especially the ones where you tell them to come and then pull a sit or down in the middle of the run and the dog drops on command

Very attentive...

Too tight of heeling for me.. He was hugging her leg!

What I found weird was on the recall the dog went straight to heel. In formal obedience they use fronts, and in field trials the dog goes straight to heel, so I wonder what they compete in.

Amazing moving stand too.

Very attentive, happy hard working dog though.

Snowshoe, i would never send my dog thru training w/out me to be there to do the training.....i would be concerned about the methods used to get the dog to that point and such.....i've seen dogs do as well in obedience and appear just as happy but the methods used were a bit to heavy handed for my taste....

Keno's Mom, i believe that is a Belgian Malinois, not a GSD.....but still, the HD would have to be watched out for.....
