my beagle is car sick only if she can see out the window!!!

ok i have no clue why but the beagle Daisy i got from the animal shelter is car sick only she can see out the windows now the animal shelter told me to give her liquid benadrill but i don't think it helps much i just want to know if i can help her not get so sick?

The best thing for her (and also the safest) is to crate her when traveling. She won't be able to see out the window but, she shouldn't get sick either.
I had a toy poodle that got car sick no matter what (bad ears/very sensitive to motion) so we carried a healthy supply of dramamine.
