11 Year Old Foxy Toilet Training.

Hello, I am new to the forums hello to you all!
Recently I have been having troubles with my 11 going on 12 year old (in november / december) fully grown regular fox terrier. It has recently just overcome a major obstacle of getting her spleen removed and is on a good road to complete recovery. However recently she has been uraniting inside the house at night. One of my family members take her to go to the toilet outside every night therefore preventing it from happening inside which is usually never been a problem besides the odd occasion in her life. However now she is doing it almost every night. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Has she had a urinalysis done by the vet recently?

Infection can cause urination problems. Or it could be her age. Your vet may be able to precribe medication (usually Proin) to help with incontinence.

No she hasn't. She seems to be drinking much more then before which could be triggering it. As the spleen produces blood cells she might be drinking more water so the other methods in making those cells can work more effectively.
