How did your breeder recomend to house train her? What have you been doing to train her? how do you react when she makes a mess? what sort of routine to you have with her?

Have you tried proper crate training? Keyword here is "proper." I've found that pee pads often simply teach the dog that it's okay to potty in the house. How about tethering?

Also, when the dog has an accident, what do you do?

i dint know those pads didnt work i havent tried tethering her but when she has an "accident" i yell at her with my "mad" voice and put her outside where she can have all of her "accidents" but she doesnt even make them there and after some time i put her back in the house and she does it again, its like she does it in purpose she knows its wrong but she still does it =S

No, she doesn't know it's wrong. She's doing what dogs do. You have failed to train her effectively, and no amount of yelling is going to teach her anything except that you're unpredictable and verbally violent.

After you dog does poop in the house you can only clean it up without her seeing you do that. Now it is different is you catch her in the act, pick her up and run her outside ASAP but don't yell she will just get better at hiding when she does it.
Teathereing also is a great idea like Cheetah said then you will know where she is all the time. Do you just want her trained outside? If so through out the pee pee pads out and crate her when you cannot watch her. You do need to make sure that the crate is not to big for her!

I agree, you need to back up and revamp your housebreaking approach...and be patient. You may need to go back to treating her like an 8 week old pup by making frequent trips outside (ditch the pads), but her success all comes down to your management, it has nothing to do with her being disobedient.

Stop yelling at her, and don't throw her outside alone. If she has an accident, you can simply say something like "Ah, ah! Outside!" scoop her up and take her outside. If she potties out there, praise her. If not, she should be taken inside and crated.

She should be taken outside to potty:
After coming out of the crate
Before going in the crate
After eating or drinking
After sleeping
After playing

The crate should only be big enough for the dog to stand up, turn around, and lie down in. It should always be a positive place (never put her in there as punishment). You should ignore any crying or whining the dog does in the crate, and eventually it will stop. Only let her out when she is quiet. You should give goodies in the crate, like a food stuffed Kong, bnes, etc. to make it a positive place. It is the natural instinct of a dog to not soil the area where it eats and sleeps.

When your pup is out of the crate, she should be leashed to you (tethering). That way she can't run off and potty where you're not looking, and it also prevents her from gettng into things.

You'll need to clean all the areas she has soiled with an enzyme cleaner, so she won't be tempted to go back and use them again.
