So excited to see me, pees on me

So my little 5 month Terrier Mix loves to do a little pee on me when she sees me. We crate her so when i come home for lunch and at the end of the day she has managed to pee a little. I know she is excited and that's why she does it. But I wonder if it's ever going to end?

Few examples

-Came home from a weekend out of town. Hubby stayed home with her. They picked me up from the airport and once I sat down in the car she peed on me.

-Went grocery shopping I pulled into the garage where she was hanging out with Hubby and she rant over and peed in front of me.

Is there a reasoning for her peeing? Is there a way to stop it or curb it? I do spend alot of time with her when I'm home and she's pretty much my shadow.

When I take her out of the crate when I come home for lunch and after work I let her out and hold her on a puppy pad. But sometimes she's so wild and excited she'll get away from me and run around the house and pee on the floor or an arm chair. It's the only time she pees in the house, she's been really good about going outside or waiting to be taken out.

it's called "submissive urination." Do a search at the top of the page and you will find lots of posts about this issue.
