I buy boxes of 100 for $18.99 at PetEdge.com. I've heard that Costco and BJ's have good prices as well but I don't belong to either.

I just bought 400 pads via Amazon for $64.50, including shipping, from a place called BP Medical Supplies (I think that's it)

Puppy pads are supposed to have some sort of scent added to them to induce the pups to go. These don't, but work just as well for me and are less expensive.
