Vitamin Water For Dogs??

Bottled vitamin water for dogs? What's this all about?

I am a proud companion of a 7 year-old beagle. Recently he has been experiencing joint problems. Naturally, I became concerned and started looking for answers on how to help treat his ailment. I came across some new products that are out on the market, bottled vitamin water for dogs. Through a daily regimen you can help combat Fido's bad breath, joint problems, skin issues, and bone problems.

FortiFido is the first brand I came across is my research, another brand is found was Aqua Pure Breed.

So has anyone tried this? Does it really work? Or is it a marketing ploy?

Re: Vitamin Water For Dogs??

I did a post about bottled water for dogs a couple of months back http://petknows.com/2008/06/16/bottl...s-to-the-dogs/

I feel like it is a bit of a marketing gimmick. When my dog started getting joint problems, my vet told me to give him glucosamine supplements with chondroitin in them - he told me the doage and recommended I buy the bog bottle of human supplements from Costco since they are the same (but cheaper) as the dog version. That combined with the right kind of exercises is probably the best for your dog and wallet.
