I have a question my dog is about 2years old. he is an american mini eskimo.(Pauli) Has any one experienced them likeing to play in water and then do a dance, turning in circles and then going back and splashing their paws again?
Other question: he loves to dig holes in the yard. Our yard looks like a war zone where landminds had gone off. Does any one have any suggestions or why they do this? Is this is normal?
Where I worked, we had 3 American Eskimo dogs. They are really cool and crazy little dogs. Yes its normal for them to dig holes since the 2 puppies of the 3 always dug holes in the yard. And they love to sprint around crazily. They're just hyper little crazy dogs if you ask me. Dont know how to help you with the digging though, since the dogs just kinda stopped. Except maybe your dog needs more exercise. Im pretty sure thats how the digging stopped, they got more exercise. Those 2 puppies were bored, they started eating their own poop. So Eskies do need a long of running around time, playing or walking on walks.
