I can't see the tail though. If it has a very short tail, then it is Pembroke Welsh Corgi. If it has a regular tail them it is Cardigan Welsh Corgi.

Although the pic is fuzzy, you can see the rump in the second pic. Definitely a Pembroke. (Another breed I looked at before I fell in love with my little mutt.)

Was it a rescue? It does look mostly Corgi to me also. Watch out for the safty of your vacuum they love to heard them!

Even without seeing the rump, you can tell it's a Pem. The ears are more pointed than a Cardi's. The most obvious thing though, is the color. While it's POSSIBLE to find red-headed tricolor Cardigans (that color that the dog in the picture is- it's also called 'hound tri' in some breeds), nearly all tricolor Cardigan Corgis are black-headed tris (BHT does occur in Pems, but it's not very common).
