What's the Most Extravagant Thing You Bought Your Dog?

I'm a dog collar addict which turned into a job for me. I think nothing of spending 50+ dollars on a collar, as long as it looks nice. Well, i took jersey to the vet for her annual check up & the vet had these samples of some fancy dental chews. She loved them SO MUCH that i ended up spending $30 on this little bag of what are essentially treats. I guess I just really love my dog.

Chloe's most expensive toy cost me 35 bucks and Sadie's was 40 bucks. Their beds cost me $275 bucks but it is a hardwood box with fluffy pillows inside and on top and steps leading to the top. You can see it in Modern Dog magazin.....hehehe I liked them what can I say? And I am constantly buying them interesting new treats to try and they have a bunch of collars also (most they don't even wear, lol). My boyfriend hates letting me go shopping for them because I am always liable to spend more then the budgeted 30 bucks for food.

Hmmm - I can't really say anything specific, I'm not a big time spendor for collars or expensive toys and stuff, so I'll just say agility equipment

Great site by the way! I searched through some of the collars, they are fantastic

The most expensive thing I've gotten was a doggy stroller. We have a huge park down here with trails that are like 1/2 a mile long, 1 mile long, and then like 2 miles long. So we go to the park and they get to ride in their doggy stroller. Its too hot and too long of a walk for them.

Probably the Ford Explorer.

You can't fit 3 GSD's in a Nissan Altima - it just doesn't work - it looks like a clown car.

So for their comfort, I bought them the Explorer and they love it.

Yeah I have some agility equipment for Chloe and Sadie also but it wasn't very expensive. Probably the tunnel was the most expensive at 40 bucks.

I'm kinda scared by the way you think. I was going to say the home we live in, lol.

Well, the most expensive thing I have bought is Eddie's Kong. We have 2 dogs and made both of their beds. They are much more "plush" than the ones we saw in stores. Our cats have a window seat, which we also made. Oh wait, we spent $100 on a Littermaid for the cats, but that was really for me.... I hate changing litter boxes.

I would say her sis (bodyguard). She was free but that is another dog to spoil and new hobbies to pay for, for the next 15(?) years.

It's funny when I think about it. There isn't anything in my life that doesn't somehow revolve around them.

I tell them all the time the vehicle is theirs but do you think anyone of them offers to pay for gas or helps wash it? NO! They just sit in the wayback tongues all hanging out smiling waiting for their personal chauffeur to take them places.
