The first time I saw him I thought he was a mechanical stuffed animal.
Looking at this video it's plain to see that the little guy has some serious neurological problems. He's a lucky dog to have found the home that he has and wasn't put down as a puppy.

That made me laugh. Its not funny but its funny when you think of all these people walking around with dogs looking like Mr. Winkles with their heads all flopped over. Aww.
