I fully expect for mine to sleep in the bed with me. But I already sleep with a bear (as the fiance refers to himself) so why not a dog as well.

I'll admit it. I miss those cold winter's nights when my puppies would snuggle up to us and keep us warm. Puppies , they are all about 70lbs, but perfect for cuddles!

Sleeping with the dog

I will have to say my dogs know that they normally sleep in their crates and don't fuss at that. We try to take turns as to who will sleep in the bed with us. When we go camping, everyone has a dog in bed with them. I love to sleep with them just because they are so cuddly and they wake you up with a nice sloppy kiss to tell you that it is potty time.....lol

Not me!!! My pug has a serious snoring problem. Not to mention that he usually stinks no matter how often I bath him, due to his skin problems.

My two shelties ALWAYS slept with me....as they got older they decided to sleep elsewhere, but they always had the choice.

I prefer my nice sloppy kisses from less furry creatures.

I do like the comfort that I get with a dog at my feet, though.

Warm

Hi, My friend gate slept with me camping for like a week, and I tell you what, ( Ok What?) it got cold but We stayed warm and cozy together in our sleeping bag. Now we are home and he is going to sleep nowhere but my bed.

I was looking at pictures on various forums & noticed how many dogs were quite comfortable on "people" beds.

BTW, if he's in my way, he gets moved. He doesn't "own" the bed!
Both the dog AND the cat sleep on my tiny twin bed
