Lazy Bullmastiff pup

I have a 6 month old bullmastiff that was born with cherryeyes she had the surgery to have them removed but they are still swolen (3 weeks after). My question is that she is very lazy and doesn't move much off the bed/crate. She doesn't play by herslef but when she is with other dogs she has a whole new personality. Is there any ways that I can get her to play and be more active when she is by herslef and not around other dogs? and is it normal for this breed to be so lethargic?

Re: Lazy Bullmastiff pup

Bullmastiffs are not supposed to be super active like your sporting breeds. What do you do in so far as daily activities with your pup? Have you talked with the breeder or other Bullmastiff owners to see if they think she is too lethargic for her age and breed?
