Do your dogs tell on each other?

For those with multiple dog households, do your dogs tattle on each other?

Mine are hysterical! Xara, GSP pup, isn't fully housebroken yet and I always know when she's managed to sneak off and soil the carpet because my male springer, Sniper, will come to where ever I happen to be and keep looking at me with his head really low like he's guilty and then keep pacing back and forth until I follow him. I follow him and he literally stops and stares at the spot Xara peed in and then will look at her like "you are in sooooo much trouble!!!"
When my female springer, Sienna, is counter surfing in the kitchen, the cocker spaniel, Louie, will stand in the doorway of the kitchen and keep looking from her to me, her to me until I yell at her to get OFF! Then he wags his tail and is all happy again LOL
They also tell on the cat! I have one cat that is extremely picky about her litter pan. If I forget to scoop it for one day she will poop in my bathtub (gross yes, but at least I can bleach it!). Sienna will go in the bathroom, sniff, then come running down the hallway barking and whining until I follow her to see what she "found" for me. She then guards the doorway from the cat and won't let her back in the bathroom. I guess Sienna finds it gross too LOL

Re: Do your dogs tell on each other?

Cody (Golden) recently started to wander off our property onto the next door neighbors, which he never ever does. I firmly told him "No" and reminded him that he was not to do that and he sulkingly came over to me. Lexi started barking at him as if to say "ohh ... you are in trouble now".

That is a funny story.

Leroy is our tattle dog. When Lucy is up to something naughty, he finds me and sits looks at me strange and looks back to the other room... silly dogs.

Duchess (GSD) runs up to me barking madly if Max is doing something that he might get in trouble for.

Re: Do your dogs tell on each other?

This isn't really the same thing. But my cats get my dog in trouble. Porter (dog) use to mouth Disco (cat) and we would tell Porter to stop when we heard Disco meow at him. Well Disco learned that when he does that Porter gets in trouble. One day I heard Disco getting fussy so I went in there and Disco was just sitting on the table looking at Porter who had been sleeping. That has happend a few times. My other cat, Kitty Kitty, tried to kill Porter. She has never knocked anything off the table so I know she means to do this. If I sit a bottle of pills on the table, she will wait til Porter is in the room then knock them off the table. And of course he goes and gets them. One day I was in the kitchen just watching Porter play under the table. We had an old nintendo 64 on the table and I saw Kitty Kitty walk over to it, look at Porter, and then start pushing the nintendo off the table. Thankfully I gabbed it right before she pushed it alway the way off because it would have hit in the head.

So needless to say we don't leave anything where the cats can get to it and try to kill Porter...lol.
